The Bermuda Sailing Association (BSA) prescribes the following with reference to the Racing Rules of Sailing, 2009-2012:

BY-LAWS: THE BERMUDA SAILING ASSOCIATION

1.           Office of the Association.

The Office of the Association shall be deemed to be 12 Reid Street, Walker Arcade, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda.

CONSTITUTION: THE BERMUDA SAILING ASSOCIATION

ARTICLE 1

The name of the organisation shall be the BERMUDA SAILING ASSOCIATION (hereinafter called "the Association").
